Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Label and Post
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
